Demolition Works

1. Hack existing kitchen and 2 bathrooms wall and floor tiles
2. Hack exiting kitchen 50mm cement base (fridge, washing machine and cabinet bases if any)
3. Dismantle existing 2 x WC and wash basin, bathroom doors, kitchen cabinets and all bedroom cabinets
4. Hack existing floor tiles at living, dining, store rooms and skirting for whole house

Masonry Works

1. Apply prepacked waterproofing screed for kitchen and 2 bathrooms
2. Lay ceramic wall tiles for kitchen and 2 bathrooms (based on 30 x 60 cm, < $3.20 psf)
3. Lay homogenous floor tiles for kitchen and 2 bathrooms (based on 30 x 30 cm, < $3.00 psf)
4. Lay homogenous floor tiles in living and dining area, all bedrooms, storerooms, passageways inclusive of skirting (based on 60 x 60 cm, < $3.20 psf)
5. To construct 10ft (L) kitchen cabinet base with front tiling

Plumbing Works

1. Supply labour to install 01 nos sink with cold water tap and PVC outlet pipe at kitchen
2. Supply labour to install 02 nos water heater/ water storage heater
3. Supply labour to install 2 sets of bathroom accessories
4. Supply labour to install 02 nos WC, 02 not wash basin with cold tap
5. Laying or PVC drainage pipe for kitchen sink and washing machine

** All items to be provided by Owner

Kitchen Area

1. 10ft top and bottom kitchen cabinet with ABS trimming doors and laminate finish, 2 tier stainless steel dish drainer and 3 drawers
2. To construct 10ft (L) solid surface with backsplash (based on 60 cm depth)

Miscellaneous/ Dismantling Works

1. Installation of aluminium bi-fold door for 2 bathrooms and classic door for all bedrooms
2. Supply and painting of whole house interior walls, ceilings and sewer piping with Nippon (*max 4 colours)
3. To learn kitchen and toilets with acid chemical wash at whole house
4. Provide corrugated paper for protection
5. Supply and install new stainless steel rubbish cute
6. Application of HDB renovation permit

Demolition Works

1. Hacking of all bathroom floor and wall finishes
2. Hacking of kitchen floor finishes
3. Hacking of kitchen exposed area wall finishes
4. Hacking of cement mortar bases and dap slab
5. Hacking of bathroom fittings, door and frames
6. Hacking of kitchen cabinet

Masonry Works

1. Laying of ceramic or homogenous floor tiles at all bathrooms
2. Laying of ceramic full-height wall tiles at all bathrooms
3. Laying of ceramic or homogenous floor tiles at kitchen
4. Laying of ceramic wall tiles at exposed kitchen wall
5. Laying of waterproofing membrane at kitchen and bathrooms floor
6. Construct 50mm cabinet, washer and fridge base
7. Construct shower kerb at all bathrooms

Sanitary Works

1. Replacement of stainless steel piping to kitchen, bathrooms and washer
2. Labour for installation of kitchen sink
3. Laying concealed pipe drainage for kitchen sink, wash basins and washer
4. Labour for installation of bathroom wash basin and WC bowl
5. Labour for installation of bathroom accessories
6. Labour for installation of storage or instant heater

Carpentry and Aluminium Works

1. Design and fabricate 20ft kitchen cabinet
2. Supply and install acrylic bi-fold door at all bathrooms
3. Supply and install 10mm temp glass shower screen at master bathroom

Miscellaneous Works

1. Laying of floor protection on affected areas
2. Chemical washing and general cleaning upon completion

Miscellaneous/ Dismantling works

1. Supply and painting of bathroom ceiling and sewer piping with Nippon
2. To clean bathroom with acid chemical wash
3. Provide corrugated paper for protection
4. To load up materials and unload and dispose all debris after hacking/dismantling works
5. Supply and install bi-fold door
6. Supply and install adjustable louver window
7. Application of HDB renovation permit
